From the initial survey to the completion of the job, I’ve had a superb experience. Terrific communication throughout. And the guys who came to do the install worked their socks off. Yet they still found time to check everything with me at every stage, made sure I was happy with everything they did and left everything immaculately tidy. I’m really happy with everything and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bourne Air Conditioning.

I can’t fault the service. From the original enquiry and survey through to the installation, it was a pleasure dealing with Dom who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. The installation team, James and Aaron, were professional, friendly and treated our house respectfully as you always hope visiting engineers would do. I have no hesitation in recommending the team!
